My Role:
Working directly with my agency design team, I was responsible for developing all copy for this report, including executive quotes and messaging, ensuring a cohesive narrative that tied together key findings across financial benefits, equity compensation, and retirement solutions. Using raw survey data, I expanded on key takeaways for each section, crafting a compelling story that framed employer challenges, employee expectations, and actionable opportunities to improve financial well-being in the workplace.
